A chat on my screen

Of late, there's a chat frequently (re)appearing on my screen,
A broadband connection that instantly struck the friendship cord,
From discussions on school houses - red, blue, yellow, and green
To mutual adulthood rants, of which we aren't yet bored.

A strange familiarity for two people who never really interacted
Two sequences from one timeline: a melody of unacquainted coexistence
Nostalgic corridors of familiar bits now casually revisited
Endless chats on the pursuits of life despite the storms persistent.

Unalike trajectories merging in puzzles and reels shared in between,
A bizarre happiness derived - one that's not quite perceivable;
Some bonds, however random, are not supposed to be explicable
The same goes for this chat that's frequently (re)appearing on my screen.
